Bielfield represents regional and national lenders and borrowers in both bilateral and syndicated transactions, including aircraft financing, vessel financing, export financing guaranteed by The Export-Import Bank of the United States, construction loans, and real estate secured loans. Her clients include the largest nonprofit lender in the Midwest, to which she provides services related to affordable housing and charter school financing. |
