Members of our international trade team served at the Department of Commerce, overseeing antidumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) cases, and include licensed customs brokers and in-house counsel for multinational corporations. Our international trade attorneys also serve in senior positions on the board of the U.S. Customs and International Trade Bar Association (CITBA) and as subject matter liaison to the U.S. Trade Representative’s (USTR) Advisory Committee on Trade Policy and Negotiations.
