The Clark Hill Environmental and Natural Resources Litigation team, which includes trial lawyers and prosecutors from State Attorneys General, U.S. Department of Justice, and U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, provides experienced defense and prosecution of environmental claims in state and federal courts and before administrative law judges.
