Thomas understands the risks that his clients must face and helps to quantify and lessen the risks to allow for maximum for development while helping innovative projects get completed. Thomas helps develop real estate entities and joint ventures to complete deals. Thomas has experience representing tenants in the negotiation of leases and understands how best to provide tenants with predictability in their relationships with landlords.
