Teresa Wrye has more than three decades of experience in all aspects of intellectual property, including, but not limited to prosecution and litigation for patents, trademarks, and copyrights.

Her knowledge includes preliminary patent, trademark, and copyright searches; due diligence searches; providing cost estimates for patent, trademark, and copyright prosecution and maintenance; and legal research for intellectual property matters.

She also drafts trademark and copyright applications and responses; prepares and electronically files documents with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and for U.S. copyright office; drafts extensive communication with clients; prepares and files Information Disclosure Statements; maintains issued patents and trademarks; and prepares specialized custom docketing reports for clients. In addition, Teresa monitors the firm’s docketing software.
