Taylor Tremont represents corporate clients and professionals in employment-based immigration matters, including securing employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant visa status and permanent residency for employees and their family members. He handles complex immigration matters for clients ranging in size from large multinational corporations to emerging start-ups in a variety of industries.

Taylor works closely with clients to identify the appropriate immigration strategy for their immediate and long-term business needs and to support their employees’ immigration goals. He is experienced at guiding clients through all stages of the employment-based green card process, from PERM labor certification and the immigrant visa petition (EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3) to adjustment of status. He also advises companies on short-term options for hiring and retaining foreign workers through sponsorship for temporary nonimmigrant visas.
