Tara Bush devotes her practice to crafting practical solutions that are tailored to each client’s business, industry, and specific bankruptcy and restructuring related challenges. A strong advocate for her clients, Tara has represented secured and unsecured creditors, the official committee of mass torts claimants in a large bankruptcy case, and chapter 7 and 11 bankruptcy trustees.

Tara guides creditors and stakeholders in diverse industries through the navigation of issues that may impact their interests in a bankruptcy case, including contested matters and adversary proceedings, avoidance actions, motions for relief from the automatic stay and adequate protection, and chapter 11 reorganization plans.

After graduating from law school, Tara served as a law clerk to the Honorable E. Lee Morris in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas. She applies an appreciation for the intricacies of the Bankruptcy Code gained from her clerkship experience to each case on behalf of her clients.
