Suzanne M. VanLeeuwen represents clients with corporate and transactional business law matters, including corporate governance, structuring, mergers and acquisitions. Sue also assists clients with the purchase and sale of alcoholic beverage licenses in the State of Florida.

Sue represents clients, including big box retailers, individual investors and financial institutions, with corporate and transactional business law matters. She assists clients with documenting and restructuring business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and asset purchases and sales. She is experienced in preparing and analyzing shareholders’ agreements, operating agreements, partnership agreements, employment agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and other corporate documents.

Sue also has experience analyzing and navigating zoning and land-use matters associated with placement of alcoholic beverage licenses throughout Florida. She has assisted clients in obtaining special exceptions, waiver approvals and re-zonings needed to operate a business under these alcoholic beverage licenses in various counties throughout Florida.
