Steven D. Brock

Senior Counsel

Steven D. Brock represents clients in various aspects of product liability litigation, primarily assisting manufacturers and retailers in hunting product cases on a national basis as well as other products including industrial equipment and consumer products.

Steve also is a member of the Equifax defense team, primarily assisting with cases filed against Equifax in Indiana. Steve is also regularly retained as a mediator for attorneys in Michigan handling lemon law and automotive warranty litigation in Michigan.

Steve has over 33 years of litigation experience and tries cases in both state and federal court. Steve’s experience includes handling the defense of general negligence actions, premises liability, third party, uninsured and underinsured motorist claims, trucking cases including rapid response accident investigation, construction accidents, fire subrogation defense, commercial real estate and a variety of product liability cases including personal watercraft, boats, engines, ATV/UTVs, snowmobiles, pool components, power tools and industrial machinery.
