Stefanie Mann Chadha

Senior Attorney

Stefanie Mann Chadha represents clients in commercial litigation matters at the trial and appellate levels, primarily focusing on contractual and real estate disputes and business torts. She has extensive experience advocating for clients in both state and federal courts. Through her legal writing, oral argument, and negotiation skills, Stefanie’s strong advocacy effectively resolves cases both inside and outside of the courtroom. Stefanie is also an experienced appellate advocate.

Prior to joining the private sector, Stefanie was a Senior Assistant Attorney General in the Colorado Attorney General’s Office. In that role, she represented government clients, including the Governor, Attorney General, Secretary of State, Treasurer, and Judicial Department, handling all aspects of advice, litigation, and appeals. She also served as open records counsel for the Colorado Attorney General, which included defending the Colorado Attorney General in state trial court and appellate proceedings.
