Scott E. Henderson

Scott defends clients and cases in products liability defense involves fixed and suspended scaffolding, rolling towers, fire trucks, water tanks, hydraulic presses, lathes, automobile and truck braking systems, slitters, cranes, aerial lifting devices, medical devices, stadium bleachers, highway rollers, fire extinguishers, boats, roofing systems, industrial fans and boilers, pre-engineered buildings and asbestos. Scott has participated in the group defense of more than thirty oil and steel companies in a toxic tort action involving the chemical benzene.

On the appellate court level, Scott litigates cases in the Pennsylvania and federal courts, some of which have defined and expanded the right of access of the public and media to public records and proceedings.

Prior to joining Clark Hill. Scott served for many years as the managing partner for legal needs of one of North America’s largest steel tubing and bimetallic wire manufacturers.
