Scott frequently works with national and regional banks to defend lender liability claims, alleged breaches of fiduciary duty, and related contract claims. Scott helps clients achieve their goals, whether that is pre-litigation representation of clients in an effort to resolve disputes quickly to avoid costs or “bet the company” representation that necessitates a full trial team to win at the courthouse or before an arbitration panel.
