Robert L. Weyhing advises businesses on the organization of corporations, mergers and acquisitions, contract review, litigation, compliance with antitrust and securities laws, and international trade matters.

He has served as Chairperson for the firm’s Business Practice Group. He also served as Honorary Consul of France in Detroit for more than 10 years.

Robert has traveled to France and Japan as a representative of the Greater Detroit Chamber of Commerce and has served as Co-Chair of the Greater Detroit Area Chamber of Commerce European Trade Mission. He has assisted the French Trade Commission for Michigan, Ohio, and West Virginia in various legal matters.
