Paula King provides company secretarial services and company formation services for clients in Ireland and overseas and is part of the Inward Investment Team in Dublin. Paula’s work also includes compiling and updating company registers, beneficial ownership filings, director appointments and removals, annual returns, constitution amendments, attendance at board meetings and board minutes, and business names registrations.
Paula is currently on the Chartered Governance Qualifying Programme with the Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland and is studying for an MSc Management and Corporate Governance with Ulster University.
