Paul D. Bangor has considerable experience in all aspects of intellectual property law; and his practice includes patent, trademark, copyright, unfair competition and trade secret litigation and alternative dispute resolution.

Paul also handles patent, trademark and copyright prosecution, both domestic and international; preparation of infringement, validity and patentability opinions in the mechanical, metallurgical, materials science, electrical, Internet, business method, software, biomedical, chemical and semiconductor arts. In addition, Paul is experienced in preparation of confidentiality and non-competition agreements; and negotiation and drafting of asset purchase agreements and license agreements involving patents, trademarks, copyrights and technology.
