Paige Baker assists clients in a wide variety of real estate transactions and litigation matters.

In her practice, Paige drafts and reviews commercial leases, facilitates the purchase and sale of residential and commercial properties, and assists in landlord/tenant disputes. Paige has the privilege of working for a diverse range of clients, including individuals, landlords, tenants, and corporations.

Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Paige was a summer associate in the real estate group. There, Paige assisted clients in variety of land use matters, conducted research and due diligence review, and helped clients navigate local government agencies. In law school, Paige gained hands-on experience advocating for clients as an eviction defense intern with the Homeless Advocacy Project. Paige also served as a legal research assistant to several of her professors and has written extensively on real estate and employment related issues.
