Nicole Rodgers

Senior Director, Clark Hill Public Strategies

Nicole deSibour Rodgers develops and executes strategic advocacy and stakeholder engagement plans on behalf of clients to solve policy challenges, secure funding, and unlock new opportunities. She is a well-respected thought leader and advocate at both the federal and state level. Nicole brings more than two decades of stakeholder engagement, lobbying, and strategic communications experience to Clark Hill. Her experience covers a wide range of industries and policy areas including tax and trade issues affecting the food and beverage sector and transportation policy and regulation for the maritime and aerospace industries, to industrial base and supply chain matters for the automotive, energy, technology, and defense sectors.

Most recently, Nicole served as Chief Government and External Affairs Officer for an investment and advisory company in the critical mineral sector. Prior to that, she spent 10 years running her own boutique client-based advocacy and communications firm. Previously, Nicole headed policy conferences and special programming at The Hill Media Corporation. Her lobbying experience also includes more than a decade of trade association lobbying and political program development on behalf of the Wine and Spirits Wholesalers of America and the American Waterways Operators.

Nicole leverages her diverse industry and policy knowledge and deep bipartisan relationships to develop strategic and innovative legislative or regulatory solutions to client concerns. Her expertise in critical mineral supply chain policy led several industry leaders in the critical mineral sector to ask her to establish and lead the Alliance for Mineral Security (AMS). Nicole serves as the President and Executive Director of AMS.
