In her current role, Megan guides the strategic direction of business development initiatives, collaborating with the firm’s leadership and practice groups to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities. She works with a dynamic Marketing and Business Development team, spearheading initiatives to attract and retain clients through tailored strategies that include client team management, client interviews, pursuit programs, cross-selling campaigns, thoughtful marketplace engagements and events, and comprehensive training programs. Megan’s approach is rooted in fostering strong client relationships and equipping attorneys with the tools and insights needed to excel in a competitive market.
Prior to her tenure at Clark Hill, Megan held leadership roles in marketing, business development, and practice management at prominent large and mid-sized law firms. Her diverse experience helps her to navigate complex organizational structures and drive collaborative efforts that align with business objectives.
A recognized thought leader in her field, Megan frequently speaks on topics related to legal marketing and law firm administration. Her recent contributions include serving as a subject matter expert for the Legal Marketing Association’s Quick Start programs, presenting at the Legal Marketing Association’s Annual Conference, and participating as a panelist on industry webinars.
She is active in the Legal Marketing Association, currently serving as co-chair of the Membership Experience Committee and as a member of the Education Advisory Committee. Megan also co-chaired the 2023 LMA Annual Conference Advisory Committee. She was previously Membership Committee Co-Chair, Shared Interest Group Task Force Chair, and a member of the Regionalization Implementation Task Force. Locally, she was President of LMA Midwest in 2020. She also co-created LMA Midwest’s Young Members Group and chaired multiple LMA Chicago Your Honor Awards and LMA Midwest Conference Committees. She has served on a variety of positions on the local LMA board. In 2014, Megan received the Outstanding Service Award from LMA Midwest.
