Medina Talebi represents clients in a variety of civil and commercial litigation matters, including tort and breach of contract actions, across state and federal courts.

In her practice, Medina evaluates complex matters at various stages of litigation, conducts legal research and analysis on issues from clients in a wide-range of industries, and drafts pleadings and motions.

Prior to joining Clark Hill as an associate, Medina externed with the firm’s litigation group. In this role, she gained valuable experience evaluating legal issues, drafting a wide range of documents, and accompanying seasoned attorneys in appellate argument, hearings, mediations, and other client interactions. During law school where she completed her degree as part of an accelerated program, Medina also worked in-house through the Association of Corporate Counsel’s externship program. As part of her pro bono service, she managed all aspects of case handling in representing clients in administrative hearings and appellate proceedings. Given these experiences, she understands the unique needs of her clients and adapts her approach to exceed their goals.
