Mary Bradley represents school districts in a variety of education law matters, including special education and student disability law, and general school law.

Mary represents school districts when complaints are filed in state and federal tribunals, including claims related to Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, Michigan Mandatory Special Education Act, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, the Elliott-Larsen Civil Rights Act, the Revised School Code, Title VI, Title VII, Title IX, the Freedom of Information Act, and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act.

Mary works to support school district clients by presenting at professional development trainings to clients and their staff, and she participates in other education law speaking engagements throughout the state of Michigan.
