Mark Sessions litigates complex business and commercial disputes which frequently involve contract, banking, financial services, and shareholder / partner issues, as well as business torts and construction claims.

As a AAA Arbitrator, he decides commercial and employment claims. As a mediator, he facilitates settlement of a wide range of disputes. His insights gained from addressing client issues and opportunities in a breadth of practice settings – – national firm, telecom general counsel, small office/solo practitioner, arbitrator, and mediator – – enable him to solve complicated legal and business issues efficiently, as balanced and perceptive counsel with advanced problem-solving skills.

Mark litigates in state, federal and bankruptcy courts, and administrative venues. Representative disputes involve banking, commercial contracts, mortgages, partnership/corporate rights, breach of fiduciary duty and shareholder oppression, non-compete, franchise, securities and FINRA claims, commercial construction, and copyright.

Prior to joining Clark Hill, he served as general counsel of an international long-distance telecom provider, focusing on commercial contracts, licenses, privacy compliance, corporate transactions, state, local, and foreign telecom tax, and ESOP formation and compliance. He also provided day to day legal support to the management teams and general labor & employment advice.
