Mark Edward Florak

Mark Florak is an industry leader and has been involved in a wide variety of commercial real estate transactions for more than 20 years, including shopping center acquisition, development, and leasing; office leasing; and negotiation of sophisticated easement arrangements.

For the past 14 years, Mark has negotiated leases throughout the country on behalf of a publicly traded national retailer during a national expansion phase. He represented a regional grocery store chain during an expansion phase with the goal of moving toward a national presence. Mark also represents both national and local developers during all phases of development, including site acquisition, easements, construction, buying and selling, and leasing.
