Mariam Alkhalili is an emerging commercial litigator who represents companies and individuals in a wide range of complex and high stakes matters, including contractual disputes, business torts and fraud, banking, government contracting, and personal injury, as it relates to interstate trucking, transportation accidents, dog bite incidents, and slip and falls.

Mariam works alongside seasoned litigators, gaining hands-on experience in both trial preparation and alternative dispute resolution processes. She has contributed to key aspects of case strategy, legal research, drafting motions, and client communications, while honing her litigation skills in California’s dynamic legal landscape. Known for a strong work ethic and commitment to client success, Mariam is passionate about developing as a commercial litigator and delivering impactful solutions for her clients.

Prior to joining Clark Hill as an associate, Mariam had been a summer associate at Clark Hill in the Los Angeles office following her first and second years of law school. She served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Maurice Sanchez at the California Court of Appeals, Fourth Division, District 3, in Santa Ana. She also served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Josh Freeman-Stinn at the California Superior Court in Los Angeles.
