Madison Mull litigates various commercial and business matters, including tort and breach of contract actions, federal equity receiverships, premises liability, and professional liability, across state and federal courts.

Madison evaluates complex matters at various stages of litigation, from inception of a case through appeals. In her practice, Madison provides legal research and analysis, drafts pleadings and motions, and works to minimize risk for her clients.

Prior to joining Clark Hill as an associate, Madison interned with the firm’s litigation group. During law school, Madison also worked as a law clerk for firms of varying sizes with diverse civil litigation practices. Given these experiences, she understands the unique needs of her clients and adapts her approach to meet the goals of such clients.
