Madeleine Gerhard is a dedicated attorney representing both companies and individuals at every phase of litigation, from initial case assessment through trial and, if necessary, appeal. Her practice encompasses a wide range of complex commercial and civil matters, including contract disputes, liability and debt collection cases, trade secret misappropriation, business tort issues, and other high-stakes commercial disputes.

In her role, Madeleine conducts in-depth legal research and crafts compelling legal arguments that are tailored to advance her clients’ interests and maximize favorable outcomes. She is highly skilled in drafting critical pre-trial pleadings, motions, and discovery requests, and she works meticulously to develop case strategies that anticipate and address the evolving demands of litigation. Madeleine’s attention to detail and strategic insight allow her to provide comprehensive support throughout the litigation process, ensuring that her clients are well-prepared for each phase.

Before joining Clark Hill as a full-time attorney, Madeleine was a summer associate with the firm’s litigation group, where she gained hands-on experience in trial preparation and case strategy. She also served as a judicial intern for The Honorable Jill Renfro Willis in the 429th District Court of Collin County, gaining valuable insight into judicial decision-making. Additionally, Madeleine gained practical exposure to criminal litigation while interning with the Collin County District Attorney’s Office, further enriching her understanding of courtroom dynamics and procedural strategies.
