Loukas P. Kalliantasis advises and counsels clients with respect to a wide range of business matters, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, and general corporate representation.

Loukas works on all aspects of asset, equity, and other business transactions in a variety of industries. He negotiates and drafts supply chain agreements and other contracts for commercial transactions. Loukas routinely forms business entities, prepares governing documents to suit client needs, and advises clients on internal governance matters.
