Lisa’s investigative skills uncovered a probation violation of a driver in a personal injury matter that, had it not been missed by the client’s credit reporting agency, would have made the driver ineligible for hire. After settling the underlying case, the client sued the agency. Lisa’s testimony during the trial was integral in the jury’s decision to award the client $4 million.
