Lindsay McDonald Dugan

Senior Attorney

Lindsay McDonald Dugan represents students and faculty members throughout the country who are facing a campus investigation and disciplinary proceeding arising from alleged Title IX or conduct code violations in higher education.

Lindsay has also been a partner in a private criminal defense practice and before that, was a prosecutor. She has prosecuted and defended hundreds of misdemeanors and felony criminal trials, including more than 75 jury trials. Lindsay’s extensive trial and negotiation experience, coupled with an empathetic understanding of individual circumstances, are key in her approach to representing students and faculty.
