Lia Merritt supports attorneys and their clients in all aspects of the commercial real estate industry. With over 15 years of real estate experience, she focuses on acquisitions and dispositions, financing and lending, development and construction projects, office and retail leasing, title and survey review, document preparation, and managing real estate recordings.

Lia loves to see commercial projects come to life and her commitment to producing work of the highest quality is matched by her involvement in national multi-million dollar closings, including multi-mixed use properties, residential apartment buildings, industrial and manufacturing plants, private preschools, daycare centers, hotels, and shopping plazas. Her effective communication with all parties throughout the process allows her to achieve optimal results and minimize errors. Lia’s loyalty to her craft is appreciated by all who work with her, attorneys, coworkers, and clients alike.

In addition, Lia also performs general corporate work, such as creating and registering new businesses, drafting governing agreements, drafting consent resolutions, obtaining good standing certificates, updating business records, and corporate mergers and acquisitions.
