Lauren Smith

Lauren Smith represents and advises clients on a broad range of labor and employment matters, including claims brought under the Elliott-Larsen Civil Rights Act (ELCRA) and Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), before both state and federal courts.

Prior to joining Clark Hill, Lauren counseled and represented companies within the State of Ohio in commercial business disputes involving torts, personal injury, and breach of contract actions. Additionally, she regularly counseled and represented public utilities on a broad range of issues related to easement interpretation and line contact cases.
