Lauren K. Kim litigates complex civil litigation matters on behalf of individuals and businesses of varied size, in both the California state and federal courts.

She represents clients during all phases of litigation, with significant experience serving clients in the areas of general tort litigation, business litigation, premises liability, products liability, personal injury, commercial accidents, contractual disputes, employment litigation, and alternative dispute resolution.

Lauren is committed to zealously advocating for her clients both in and out of the courtroom. She prides herself on providing cost-effective and innovative legal solutions, strategically tailored to each of her clients individualized needs. Her client-centric approach to practice and thoughtful attention to detail has enabled her to successfully defend her clients and achieve favorable results via pre-litigation negotiations, dispositive motions, and settlement negotiations in California state and federal courts.

Prior to joining Clark Hill, Lauren honed her litigation skills at a boutique law firm in Los Angeles County, where she represented a diverse range of clients – including insurance companies, amusement parks, retailers, restaurants, and transportation companies – throughout the entire litigation process, from initial filing to final resolution.
