Khari Griffin leverages all the tools in his legal toolbelt to consistently bring solutions to a wide range of clients, primarily involved in the Financial Services and Cannabis sectors.

As a key player in the firm’s financial services regulatory and compliance group, Khari advises financial services and fintech companies on product development, regulatory compliance, and state licensing. Khari also supports financial institutions with current and prospective examinations from state and federal financial regulators, including agencies like the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB).

Similarly, Khari works closely with Cannabis clients on a wide realm of legal issues, including regulatory compliance, contract drafting, and entity formation. Khari’s work also extends to other emerging companies, family-owned businesses, and large corporations, which primarily includes counsel regarding corporate governance, contract preparation, and various mergers and acquisitions.

As an undergraduate, Khari interned for the Honorable Carol Sandra Moore Wells, Magistrate Judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Khari is also a former Philadelphia Diversity Law Group Fellow.
