Kathy Hamshare has over 25 years’ experience in commercial litigation, patent infringement litigation, class actions, maritime litigation, contract disputes, and personal injury litigation. She has significant trial experience and is well-versed in large, document-intensive commercial litigation cases and preparing PowerPoint presentations for mediation and trial.

Kathy has experience drafting pleadings and discovery, analyzing documents, preparation of medical chronologies and deposition summaries, witness investigations, and all aspects of trial preparation including attendance at trial. Kathy has particular experience with patent infringement litigation in front of the International Trade Commission.
