Julie Patter Rapaport

Julie assists clients in developing estate plans that work best for their families, including drafting wills, trust agreements, marital agreements, and financial and health powers of attorney. Julie also advises fiduciaries in all phases of probate, trust, and estate administration.

In addition to her practice in estate planning and administration, Julie is an experienced commercial litigator, having spent nearly a decade advising and representing international, national, and regional clients in a wide variety of commercial disputes, including matters relating to complex commercial transactions, trade secret misappropriation and restrictive covenants, intellectual property infringement, and construction litigation. Julie’s litigation experience serves as a foundation for Julie to navigate complex estate planning and administration matters and advocate for her clients and ensure their needs are met.
