Joshua Wilk represents a broad range of clients in the construction industry including owners, developers, general contractors, subcontractors, insurance companies, individuals, and business entities, helping them to mitigate risk, litigate, or arbitrate disputes as they arise.

Prior to joining Clark Hill, Josh was a summer associate and law clerk with the firm’s construction group. Additionally, he served as a judicial extern for Justice David F. Viviano of the Michigan Supreme Court and Judge Kathryn A. Viviano of the Macomb County Circuit Court.
