Jessica Reilly represents clients in all phases of commercial litigation including breach of contract, business torts, product liability, premises liability, and financial services including the FDCPA and FCRA.

Jessica has significant practical experience representing clients in both federal and state court and throughout the litigation process from pleadings, to discovery practice, to settlement negotiations and legal writing advocacy through dispositive motions, to assisting with trials.

Jessica also supports insurance and reinsurance clients by advising and defending insurers and reinsurers in connection with regulatory compliance, coverage, and arbitrations, as well as trial monitoring in medical malpractice cases.
