Jeffrey M. Harvey

Jeff represents companies and their investors, owners, boards, and management across industries concerning entity structuring and formation, compliance and governance, public and private securities filings and reporting, technology transactions and licensing, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and joint ventures, private equity and investment, international business operations, global supply chain management, franchising, dealership and distribution, and real estate and equipment leasing, among other topics. Jeff provides advice and counsel for transactions and throughout the life cycle of a business or investment.

Having served in-house as General Counsel to three global organizations, Jeff serves as outside General Counsel to privately held businesses and regularly provides guidance to general counsel, law department, and executive leadership concerning legal and compliance operations and best practices.
