Jeffrey Bauman has over 20 years of in-depth U.S. immigration-related experience in preparing and securing approvals for NIV petitions, including H, L, O, TN, and E, with appropriate government agencies, such as USCIS, DOL, and US consular offices worldwide.

Jeffrey understands the complexities of IV petitions, including EB-1 in order to secure approvals. He prepares and secures approvals of waivers, asylum, naturalization, and spousal cases. His experience includes the entire PERM process from an in-house perspective as well as a law firm perspective, inclusive of drafting job descriptions, reviewing applicants, coordinating recruitment efforts.
