Jason Kim defends clients in commercial, product liability, and personal injury litigation matters in Texas state and federal courts.

Jason strives to equip clients with a robust defense strategy for settlement negotiation, mediation, arbitration, or trial. He also has experience authoring pre-trial pleadings, motions, and propounding discovery.

Prior to joining Clark Hill, Jason was a summer associate with the firm’s litigation group. He served as a judicial intern for The Honorable Caroline M. Craven in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. Jason also has experience as a law clerk at a tax and probate boutique.

During his legal education at the University of Houston Law Center, Jason actively participated in the legal clinic, representing underserved clients with tax delinquency, eviction, DTPA, and probate matters. Jason also served as Online Content Editor of the Houston Journal of Health Law & Policy.
