Jackie Scoboria represents clients in a wide variety of civil litigation matters, including business torts, breach of contract actions, and regulatory actions, across state and federal courts.

In her practice, Jackie has contributed to key aspects of case strategy, legal research and analysis on complex matters, drafting motions, and client communications, while developing her litigation skills in the Third Circuit’s legal landscape.

Prior to joining Clark Hill as an associate, Jackie had been a summer associate at Clark Hill in the Philadelphia office following her second year of law school. During law school, Jackie served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Jeffrey L. Schmehl at the U.S. District Court in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, where she wrote bench memorandums and observed a variety of civil and criminal proceedings. Given these experiences, she understands the unique needs of commercial clients and adapts her approach to meet the goals of such clients.
