Hunter Fugate concentrates his practice in litigation with a focus on commercial disputes.

Hunter has experience assisting clients with a wide range of matters involving commercial and residential real estate disputes. Hunter’s extensive trial experience includes jury and bench trials, alternative dispute resolution, appellate matters, and defending government and regulatory investigations.

Hunter helps clients stay ahead of potential issues by providing seminars on compliance issues involving lease contracts, the Fair Housing Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, as well as other federal and state statutes and regulations.
