Sonny Cohen advises clients on the full life cycle of their corporate needs, from corporate formation, growth initiatives, to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.  Sonny assists mid-market clients in all areas of commerce, with particular experience in restaurant, franchising, hospitality, and supply chain matters.

Sonny is a proven lawyer and business executive with over 30 years of experience in the business world, including over 23 years as an attorney and executive for international restaurant franchising brands, including Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Seattle’s Best Coffee, Cinnabon, and Church’s Chicken.

Sonny has led strategic projects and transactions throughout his career, including multiple M&A transactions for restaurant, manufacturing, and retail clients.  He has experience in all franchise related matters, supply chain agreements, corporate governance and enterprise risk management.
