Gary has extensive experience in the origination of Small Business Administration (SBA) loans. Gary has been integral in assisting community banks in establishing SBA lending platforms. Recently, Gary was engaged in creating the equipment lease documentation for a captive lender in the factoring business. In addition, Gary has developed policies and procedures for equipment finance companies in their collection practices.

As a member of the federal trial bar, Gary has trial experience before state and federal tribunals, bankruptcy courts, mediations, and arbitrations. This experience includes fraud claims, defaulted construction projects, multiple family units, active adult developments, hotels, gas/convenience stores, and tenant-occupied commercial buildings. Further, Gary’s practice entails the defense of claims based on consumer fraud, fair debt collection, fair credit reporting, and TILA and RESPA claims, including class actions.
