Gabrielle A. Long focuses her practice on a variety of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, real estate, energy law, and general corporate transactions.

Gabrielle reviews, writes, and provides comments for purchase agreements, lease agreements, and other transactional documents. She tackles all tasks with the mindset of helping clients achieve their goals quickly and efficiently.

Gabrielle also has prior experience with compliance law, focusing on the energy industry. She counseled developers and long-term asset owners in the solar industry and retail energy providers. Gabrielle helped them understand the regulatory framework that impacted their business through advising them on customer contracts, compliance, and asset acquisition.

Prior to joining Clark Hill, Gabrielle worked at a firm where she was able to get experience on a variety of transactional matters and litigation matters. She also was a Legal and Policy advisor to a Commissioner at the Illinois Commerce Commission.
