Gabriella B. Griseta

Gabriella advises clients on issues relating to pre-underwriting risk assessments, claim management, and coverage opinions for professional and general liability risks in the healthcare setting. She supports the management of high exposure cases by developing defense strategies, recommending appropriate experts to address liability and damages, and participating in settlement negotiations.

Prior to joining Clark Hill, Gabriella was a civil litigation associate at an Am Law 200 firm where she handled the defense of insurers and insureds in lawsuits involving personal injuries. Gabriella uses her experience in litigation to advise clients on matters through pre-suit, negotiation, and dispute resolution.
