Erin Hanson represents clients in a variety of civil litigation matters such as warranty litigation matters, employment-related claims, securities litigation including risk tolerance and suitability matters, breach of contract, and breach of fiduciary duty.

Erin defends her clients in civil litigation involving product liability in the medical device industry, and consumer warranty litigation in the automotive industry. Erin has arbitrated and mediated matters before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) and American Arbitration Association (“AAA”). Erin has extensive experience in civil litigation practice including drafting responsive pleadings, propounding and responding to discovery, law and motion practice and jury trials.
