Elizabeth Evans is a skilled litigator and appellate attorney, representing individuals and companies in wide-ranging matters including professional liability, defense of IP and copyright infringement claims, data breach and consumer class actions, and product liability.

She practices in state and federal court, and she is experienced in all aspects of file handling from initial assignment and pre-litigation through trial and the appellate process. Her background in both trial and appellate work gives her a unique perspective on developing efficient and effective strategies for resolution of issues, inside and out of the courtroom.
