Eamonn Burke is a Partner in our Real Estate Team and advises on the acquisition, structuring and disposal of all commercial, retail, industrial and residential property, together with associated financing work-out arrangements and acts for financial institutions and insolvency practitioners in connection with Property due diligence, financing, enforcement, work-outs, asset disposals and sales of distressed assets and re-structuring.

Eamonn also advises on Environmental Risk Management and Planning law, and the negotiations of leases, tax law and the acquisition and development of greenfield sites and also advises on property finance matters including the acquisition and disposal of commercial, retail, industrial, and residential property, together with associated financing. Eamonn acts for a mix of private and corporate clients and has extensive experience in the areas of commercial and residential property acquisitions and disposals, leases for commercial properties for both landlord and tenants and provision of advice on a broad range of property-related matters.
