David W. Centner helps his clients navigate and resolve complex business disputes, in and out of the courtroom.

David represents clients across many industries and works with colleagues and clients to handle matters including complex commercial disputes, business torts, and creditor’s rights, among others. He handles a variety of commercial disputes, from pre-litigation negotiations and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms through trial and appeal.

Clients value David’s broad experience because it allows him to develop litigation strategies while calling upon his knowledge of court practices and procedures throughout Michigan and neighboring states to handle diverse matters.

He also handles arbitration matters before the American Arbitration Association, the American Health Lawyers Association, the National Association of Securities Dealers, the National Arbitration Forum, and the World Intellectual Property Organization.
