Daniel J. Dulworth represents companies and individuals in the healthcare industry in business and medical malpractice disputes. He also litigates issues involving automotive and defense industry original equipment manufacturers and suppliers in situations ranging from distressed supplier to warranty matters.

With 32 years of experience representing clients in other diverse corporate industries, including manufacturing, banking, telecommunications, construction, and insurance, Dan litigates complex commercial disputes at all levels of federal and state courts and works with companies in identifying, predicting, and protecting their businesses from unnecessary risk and exposure. Within the healthcare industry, he has successfully defended hospitals, physicians, and nurses in jury trials, arbitrations, and appellate courts.
